I managed Instagram (k), TikTok (k), and Facebook (100k). I was responsible for daily posting and engagement. I have experience running ads via Meta Business Suite to further push marketing efforts.

Content Creation

I created all forms of content. I shot product photos, I filmed TikTok’s, I edited videos via CapCut. I used Canva to create graphics and trending memes.

Event Marketing

I curated a few events for El Gallo Giro. I conceptualized, organized, and executed an influencer luncheon, a Lotería night for locals, and provided on site support for other major events like local parades, Mother’s Day mariachi, Day of the Dead.

Lotería Night

Overview & Approach: El Gallo Giro struggled with low foot traffic during evening hours. I designed and executed Lotería Night, a free culturally driven in-store activation that converted first-time attendees into dine-in customers and reinforced the brand's connection to the Hispanic community.

  • Conceptualized a free RSVP event built around Lotería, a culturally resonant game with deep roots in Hispanic culture

  • Ran targeted Meta ads to local Hispanic communities in the Van Nuys and surrounding areas to drive RSVPs

  • Managed guest coordination and event logistics through Eventbrite

  • Incentivized participation through prizes to encourage dine-in spending

  • Created an on-site atmosphere that encouraged repeat visits and community connection
